By purchasing, enrolling in, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Course Access Upon purchase, you will be granted access to the course materials for the period specified at the time of purchase. All content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
3. No Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the course content, failure to complete the course, or inability to access the course due to technical issues outside our control.
4. No Warranty The Services and all course materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
● The course content is accurate, complete, or up-to-date;
● The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
● Any particular results will be achieved from your use of the course materials.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall [ON CAM] Ready, its affiliates, instructors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
